Product Description
A one-component varnish based on Nitrocellulose (NC) that functions as a final protective coating for metal surfaces.
Design and Applications
- Corrosion protection for boilers, drums, evaporators, tubes, and other equipment
- Good adhesion properties
- Low permeability to moisture and vapor
- Resistant to weathering, mild acids, and alkaline solutions
- Easy application using a roller, brush, or spray.

Paint Application Guidlines
Material Preparation
- Prepare the material to be painted.
- Clean the material from dust, oil, and other contaminants that may affect the final painting result.
Paint Preparation
- Mix Nitrocellulose Paint with Nitrocellulose Thinner using a hand mixer to achieve a perfectly dissolved and homogeneous solution.
- Once completed, the material is ready for the painting process.
Painting Process (Top Coat)
- Application viscosity: 11-12″ NK2 cup.
- Before use, ensure that the material to be top-coated is clean and ready.
- Once the material is prepared, spray the Top Coat onto the surface.
- Air dry for 2 – 3 hours.
- The top-coated material is now ready for use.
