As a Technical Specialist at GLOMAX, you will be part of a team dedicated to ensuring the superior performance and application of our products. Working alongside industry experts, you will play a vital role in supporting our technical service capabilities and helping our clients achieve the best results with GLOMAX products. Your responsibilities will include conducting product trials, providing technical support and guidance to customers, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the application process. You will collaborate closely with the R&D, sales, and production teams to optimize formulations and application methods, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your work will involve hands-on testing, on-site support, and continuous learning about the latest technologies and trends in the coatings industry. Based in Southeast Asia, this role may require occasional travel to various client locations and facilities to provide technical expertise and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education D3 (S1 in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in a Paint Company.
• Skilled in formulating paint, including both solvent-based and water-based coatings.
• Proficient in using a Spray Gun.
• Mastery of application methods.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A / C).
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area and ready for mobile work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Check formulas such as resin, pigments, and others.
• Analyze test results of formulas and prepare reports.
• Visit customers regarding paint applications.
• Conduct trials together with the sales team.
• Visit and handle customer complaints.
