As a Sales Specialist at GLOMAX, you will be at the forefront of driving our business growth by connecting our innovative coatings solutions with our clients’ needs. You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and expand our market presence. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market research to understand industry trends, and providing tailored recommendations to clients based on their specific requirements. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and providing post-sale support. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success. The role is based in Southeast Asia and may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events, both regionally and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education D3/S1 in Engineering/Business/Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience as B2B Sales/Paint Industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current paint products, including various types of paint, features, applications, and color options.
  • Possess a broad customer database and channels for the paint market (especially solvent-based and water-based).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, honest, detail-oriented, diligent, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A / SIM C).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets for the industrial area.
  • Conduct customer visits.
  • Provide guidance and coordinate with related parties.
  • Conduct product presentations.
  • Acquire new customers (B2B/Industry).
  • Report daily activities with accurate data.
