Product Description

Paint used for coating iron that has been preserved by baking in an oven at high temperatures.

Design and Applications

  1. Corrosion protection, suitable for boilers, drums, evaporators, tubes, and other equipment.
  2. Strong adhesion.

  4. Resistant to weathering, mild acids, and alkaline solutions
  5. Easy application using a roller, brush, or spray.

Paint Application Guidlines

Material Preparation

  1. Prepare the material to be painted.
  2. Clean the material from dust, oil, and other contaminants that may affect the final painting result.

Primer Coat (Primer Paint)

  1. Mix Alkyd Primer with Stoving Thinner using a hand mixer to achieve a perfectly dissolved and homogeneous solution.
  2. Spray the primer solution onto the material to be painted.
  3. Bake in an oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.
  4. Once completed, the material is ready for the painting process.

Painting Process (Top Coat)

  1. The material that has been primed is ready to be painted with Stoving Top Coat.
  2. Mix Alkyd Top Coat with Stoving Thinner using a hand mixer to achieve a perfectly dissolved and homogeneous solution.
  3. Application viscosity: 12″ NK2 cup.
  4. Before use, ensure that the material to be top-coated is clean and ready.
  5. Once the material is prepared, spray Alkyd Top Coat onto the surface.
  6. Bake in an oven at 150°C for 30 minutes.
  7. The top-coated material is now ready for use.
